Auriesville 3-day Pilgrimage 2023
The Mater Dei high school boys once again completed the over 60 mile trek from Lake George to the Shrine of the North American Martyrs in Auriesville, NY.
This year the route was a bit different from previous years since Mass was not able to be celebrated at the Shrine itself. Instead, on the third day, after walking for 12 miles in the morning, the boys were shuttled to the usual lunch site of the one-day pilgrimage to join the nearly 600 people attending the solemn high Mass offered by Fr. Gregory Pfeiffer. The remainder of their pilgrimage was completed at the head of the group from over 15 SSPX chapels, including a contingent of sisters and students from the Dominican school in Massena, NY and three SSPX sisters from Browerville, MN.
