Mater Dei Academy participates in New York State Section 3 Boys' High Sports for Soccer, Basketball, Track, Cross-Country, and Baseball.

Mater Dei Academy has intramural leagues for Football, Basketball and Volleyball.

Fine Arts Clubs and Activities

Boys and girls have the opportunity to participate in Drama, Concerts, Speech Competitions, Yearbook Club and other activities.

Boarder Boys Excursions

The boys who board at Mater Dei Academy enjoy regular outings including weekend camping, hikes, and other outdoor activities.
